I am a licensed psychotherapist in private practice on the Upper East Side. I work individually with adults on a variety of issues (anxiety, depression, relationship, fulfillment, grief/loss/mourning, and despair) from a myriad of perspectives (mindfulness, body awareness, shame resilience, emotional experience, insight, and gerotranscendence). I am solution-oriented and work well in collaboration with physicians and psychiatrists.
